Introducing my new obsession just in time for Easter- CHOCO-COCO BARK! Super low in carbs and a boost of good quality fats, this little melt-in-your-mouth morsel is an all round winner for healthy eaters at Easter.

Choco-Coco Bark

[Grain free, Gluten free, Dairy free, No refined sugar]


  • 2/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 100 grams organic 85% dark chocolate (melted)

  • 30 grams desiccated coconut

  • 50 grams almond slithers

  • 100 grams chopped macadamia nuts

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • Pinch rock salt


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Using a mixing bowl and dessert spoon, combine all ingredients well and pour onto the baking tray.

  3. Freeze for 30 minutes, then remove from the freezer and use a knife and your fingers to break into pieces.

  4. Store in the fridge or freezer... if you have leftovers.
