Christina Georgallou is a UK-based Functional Nutritional Therapist and specialist in chronic digestive issues including constipation, bloating, diarrhoea and SIBO. Her approach combines detailed health history analysis with advanced functional lab testing, enabling her to create evidence-based diet, lifestyle and natural supplement protocols tailored to each client.
With over two decades of first-hand experience navigating chronic constipation and other digestive symptoms, Christina brings a rare combination of clinical expertise, lived understanding and empathy to her work. Christina holds a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Physiology from King’s College London and a post-graduate Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
